We are based at the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground is a superb, modern sports facility for the people of Royal Wootton Bassett and surrounding areas.
The facility is owned and managed by the RWB Sports Association (RWBSA) who have been administering Major Buxton’s legacy to the town for the past 80 years.
RWBSA welcomes community use of these facilities, which include a full-size AGP available to hire as a whole or 1/3, Multi-use function room for meetings, community organisation use, fitness/dance classes and community social events, 8 Tennis Courts and Grass Pitches for football, cricket, corporate and social events. The Gerard Buxton Sports Ground will accommodate five resident sports clubs – catering for football, tennis, cricket and running. Our clubs always welcome new members, and there is no better time to join, now that we have moved into our brand new facilities: RWB Football Club, RWB Cricket Club, RWB Tennis Club, RWB Hounds Running Club, and the Upper Thames Boules Club.
