Room Hire
At the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground, we have a great Function Room and Lounge area that you can hire for meetings & events, private parties and occasions. The Function Room hired on it’s own can hold up to 50 people in a theatre style layout or a mix of seated and standing for parties. The lounge area hired alongside the Function Room can take up to 150 people for parties.
You can also hire the whole site for corporate away days or team building activities including sports days or individual sporting use such as tennis or football tournaments, cricket or rounders matches and much more.
We also have a fully kitted kitchen that is available for hire.
Our fully equipped bar and club house is also at your disposal.

Room Dimensions: 22ft x 21ft
Plenty of Natural Daylight • Opening Windows to the front of the building • Air-conditioning • Flat-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi access • Flipchart • Mobile Projector and Projection Screen • Disabled Access.
The Meeting Room has flexible seating and conference tables that can be configured to meet your needs.
